Following the latest release from our Premier, the situation around COVID-19 has unfortunately escalated once again.

Certain postcodes are now subject to a reinstated lockdown from 11:59pm on the 1^st July.

The postcodes currently included are: 3038, 3064, 3047, 3060, 3012, 3032, 3055, 3042, 3021, 3046.

If you reside in one of these locations, there are only four reasons for leaving your home:

• Shopping for essential food and supplies
• Caregiving
• Exercise
• Work/Study – if you are unable to do this from home

While it is business as usual for Hodges, we will be taking additional preventative measures to protect our community while continuing to deliver an exceptional level of service to our customers during this time.

At Hodges we are fortunate enough that all our offices are outside of these zones. However, it is essential that we are pre-emptive and proactive in our approach as a community to avoid further restrictions and lockdown. We often have customers who reside in these affected postcodes so we will be tightening our operation accordingly. It is essential now more than ever, that we do not become complacent and prioritise the health of Victorians.

– Appointments with customers residing in these listed areas will be administered virtually or one-on-one providing the customer has pre-registered and signed our ‘Declaration of Health’.

– Traditional auctions within these areas are no longer permitted, but we can continue to facilitate online bidding and virtual auctions accordingly.

– We will continue our strict registration process and ensure compliance with our inspection guidelines.

– We will record details of every person we interact with face-to-face, regardless of where they reside.

These postcodes will return to the tighter Stage 3 Restrictions until at least the 29^th July.
