Starting her career in real estate during the 1980’s at the tender age of 17, Melissa has engaged in all aspects of the industry, starting out in reception and then for the next 30 years in trust accounting. With this she has a developed a sound knowledge of commercial, residential and owner’s corporation management and residential sales. She has set the field with her ongoing thirst for knowledge, building processes and systems and leading our profession in service and accounting excellence.
At Hodges Werribee we want to emphasise the importance of our team behind the scenes. Having completed her Certificate IV in Frontline Management Melissa will ensure the needs of our staff and clients are not only met but exceeded during every interaction. Her strength extends well beyond her experience in real estate and into her warm customer care; she takes pride in going the extra mile for our landlords and tenants, vendors and purchasers.
Melissa’s character is well known amongst her friends as being highly loyal, meticulous and a go-getter. With no surprise her colleagues and clients see the same level of passion being applied to everything from initial processes to final outcomes.
Behind every successful agent is a strong assistant and that is where Melissa has established her value at Hodges Werribee. She has undertaken a new role at Hodges Werribee assisting the sales team with marketing operations and administration however she is fast proving her flexibility with her invaluable knowledge of the industry.
Having lived in Werribee for the past 40 years, attending school and raising two children locally, Melissa has an inestimable knowledge of the area and strong ties within the community, as her role as a netball umpire and Treasurer of the Wyndham Netball Association.
