Last night we celebrated our longstanding team members across our network at our Annual Seven Year Dinner.

We came together at Mr Miyagi’s to celebrate those who had served at Hodges for 7 years or more and further consolidated our deep roots and solid connections.

In an industry that is challenged by a high staff turnover, the fact that over 25% of our entire network has been with Hodges with 7+ years is remarkable achievement and a testament to our business.
