Shannon is a highly experienced real estate professional with more than 20 years in the industry, bringing a wealth of knowledge and versatility to Hodges Rye. Her extensive background spans reception, sales administration, accounts, property management and executive support, including serving as Personal Assistant to the Directors. Today, Shannon plays a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business and serves as the office’s AML/CTF Compliance Officer, ensuring the highest standards of governance and regulatory compliance.

A lifelong Peninsula local, Shannon is married with two daughters and has deep roots within the community she proudly serves. While her journey included extensive overseas travel and several years living in England, it was there she met her husband before returning home to Australia. Shannon treasures family life on the Mornington Peninsula and can often be found enjoying the local beaches with her family throughout the summer months.
