After making the move into Prop-tech, Rhys dedicated several years to empowering real estate professionals through digital transformation. He led comprehensive training programs for agents and administrative teams, focusing on the effective use of CRM systems and digital tools. In parallel, he managed complex data migrations, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption during system upgrades. Now, in his role as Digital Programmes Coordinator at Hodges, Rhys oversees the optimisation and training of the franchise’s CRM platform, working closely with both the corporate team and franchisees to strengthen the digital infrastructure that underpins business growth in a fast-paced market.

A data-driven problem solver, Rhys is known for simplifying complex systems and delivering tailored, results-focused solutions that enhance productivity and support lead generation.

Outside of work, Rhys stays active with regular gym sessions and walks in his local area. He also enjoys woodworking in his garage — a creative outlet that combines craftsmanship with hands-on problem-solving.
