Nick is a highly skilled and experienced auctioneer and a hands-on sales agent. He welcomes every opportunity to advise on the most effective way to present your home and is a firm believer in the adage “you only get one chance to make a first impression”. Nick also leverages his hobby of examining what is happening within the market to help buyers find their ideal property, by demystifying the buying process so they too can share the satisfaction of being handed their own ‘set of keys’.
Nick has more than thirteen years’ experience, working throughout Port Phillip and Bayside largely focusing on Black Rock, Beaumaris and the immediate surrounding suburbs. Nick studied business, has a diligent pursuit for professional development and is constantly looking at ways on how things can be done better and more efficiently.
Nick’s determination extends to his personal life too; he is avid marathon runner which has seen him complete 6 marathons to date including London and Chicago. Yet, Nick also appreciates the importance of work life balance. He is a keen sports fan and spends most of his down time relaxing outdoors near his home by the bay with his partner Fiona, often running, riding or walking along the Beach paths.
