After completing a degree in International Relations at RMIT, Natalie Shand’s focus became more local when she was headhunted to a Melbourne real estate group. Since then, Natalie’s interest in people and property has opened up a world of opportunity as she works closely with our Director, Paul Bond, to build the relationships, and make the sales, that stand out in the Bayside area.
