As Operations, Partnerships and Innovations Manager of the Hodges Franchise, Amanda plays a pivotal role in overseeing business performance across the network. She has a comprehensive understanding of franchise modelling and is highly proficient in digital systems and technology, training and development, human resources, event management, marketing and brand compliance. Her ability to streamline operations, support franchisee growth, and drive innovation ensures the continued strength and adaptability of the Hodges brand in a competitive marketplace.

Amanda has also held senior leadership and executive roles over her property career, including positions such as International Sales Manager, National Property Manager, Head of National Partnerships, Commercial, Corporate Services and Events. These experiences have sharpened her commercial acumen and strengthened her ability to build high-performing teams, foster strategic alliances, and deliver exceptional outcomes in fast-paced, results-driven environments. Her financial management experience, including oversight of budgets and resource planning, brings a valuable layer of strategic thinking to every transaction and operational initiative.

Complementing her local industry experience, Amanda spent five years working abroad in the United Kingdom and Poland in property sales and leasing, broadening her professional and cultural horizons. This international exposure has enhanced her adaptability and deepened her understanding of global market dynamics and cross-cultural communication.
