Last night our couple Carleen and Dan wowed the judges, with their beautifully modern art deco approach and paired back styling.

What we loved about their bathroom, was the couple’s approach in successfully working within their budget. Bathrooms are a space where buyers want modern and stylish fixtures and fittings, and Carleen and Dan showed us last night how to do this without blowing the budget and incorporating too many components.

For any renovator, the bathroom is one of the more expensive spaces to renovate. Unlike The Block couples who win dollars towards their budgets, what every renovator can take on board is the importance of having a budget to ensure you don’t overcapitalise.
