Thursday the 13th of November saw 15 Marriage Road in Brighton East sell for an amazing $3.3 million. The five bedroom home on 981 square metres of land was sold to a local family.

Sam Paynter, Director of Hodges Brighton, said there were two groups that were making offers beforehand, which increased the price far beyond expectations. The impressive sale ended up being the second largest in Victoria last week.

This landmark home is located in close proximity to Brighton’s schools, stations and cafes and even features a poolside entertaining area that comes with its own steam room.

The sale featured on Melbourne’s Channel 9 News as well as in The Age.
