We are extremely proud to announce the official opening of the Hodges Werribee office and welcome our newest Directors Tony and Melanie into the Hodges family.

Werribee has recently experienced an incredible surge of popularity and phenomenal growth and has quickly established itself as an appealing suburban community.

The new business Directors consist of dynamic duo; Tony Vercher and Melanie Simmonds, who are both proud residents of Werribee’s vibrant mix of new and historical neighbourhoods.

Tony has been a local for over 40 years, equipping him with an abundance of expertise and market knowledge. Since finding his passion in property sales over 12 years ago he has experienced consistent success. In the past 12 months alone, Tony has made over 200 property transactions, won numerous awards and is currently the “2018 rate my agent of the year” for most sales & recommendations.

Melanie commenced her real estate journey in 1997 doing property management and has spent the last 12 months in sales. She was impressively involved in growing three local offices to over 500+ properties from scratch.

Tony and Melanie were attracted to the Hodges premium brand and the boutique, personable style of service, which they believe is the future of real estate. We can’t wait to see these two thrive and grow as they commence this new challenge with Hodges.
