It is great to see Hodges expand our wider network into new communities and new demographics. Located 36km south-east of Melbourne’s CBD, Carrum Downs has been one of the fastest growing new suburbs in Melbourne over the last two decades and has been a major area of new residential development in Melbourne’s fringe suburbs. The bustling, youthful community dominated by families contains an abundance of amenities including parks, schools, childcare, and shopping centres.
