In her role as receptionist at Hodges Yarraville, Rachel is the most important member of our team.  Clients who come in to the office or make a phone enquiry will deal with Rachel as their first contact and it is this all important first impression for which Rachel is responsible. With a great knowledge of the local area, an outgoing and approachable demeanour and a willingness to assist wherever possible, Rachel brings efficiency and enthusiasm to the reception position and aims to achieve a positive result for every one she assists.

With a work history in administration and accounts, before moving to hospitality where she worked as a restaurant manager, Rachel knows the importance of staying calm and unflappable…particularly in a busy real estate reception area where the abilities to multitask and problem solve are vital. She also appreciates the value of a cohesive team and works closely with all sales and rental staff to assist them in their roles. She also loves the daily interaction with a diverse clientele this front of house role brings!

Away from the reception desk, Rachel loves travelling and exploring new places and loves spending time with her family.  She loves to bake and is an avid comic book collector…clearly she is the Hodges Yarraville “Wonder Woman”!
