A Mentone resident for more than 30 years, Daniela D’Alessandro understands her clients’ needs better than anyone. Honest, caring and always displaying a high level of empathy, Daniela’s in-depth knowledge of the area has helped her excel in her role as Business Development Manager at Hodges Mentone.

Embarking on a career in the real estate industry over 10 years ago, with previous roles in administration and reception, Daniela now helps the sales and property management teams identify new business opportunities and enjoys meeting prospective clients as well as developing meaningful relationships with existing customers.

Personable, approachable and always friendly, Daniela prides herself on being a good listener with strong communication skills and was drawn to Hodges’ commitment to delivering results that go beyond clients’ expectations.

In her valued downtime, Daniela loves to indulge in travel, cooking – especially traditional Italian family meals – reading and sharing time with family and friends.
