Rachel became instantly hooked on real estate when she was offered a stint of work experience in the industry as a teenager. A perfect fit for the profession with a natural gift for communication, she began her real estate career as a Personal Assistant and over her 11 + years at Hodges has graduated and grown with the company to become the Business Development Manager and Rental Department Manager.
Rachel gained first-hand knowledge of all aspects of managing and leasing a property as a result of being a part of the business from the ground up. Rachel brings a wealth of experience to the team, ensuring its smooth running on a daily basis and dealing with and helping with any problems that may arise.
Embodying the ability to adapt and cater to looking after her clients’ most valuable assets, Rachel takes what she does very seriously. She is extremely passionate when working with people and guiding them through major milestones in their lives, whether it’s the process of renting their first home as tenants or establishing themselves as Landlords with their first investment property.
Making sure that things are done quickly and efficiently, Rachel takes advantage of her great communication skills to achieve a quick response and action for whatever she undertakes. Her knowledge and experience are great assets in listing and leasing new properties and maximising the rental return.
Growing up in her family home in Caulfield South along with attending McKinnon Secondary College has given Rachel invaluable knowledge of the local and surrounding area. Her lifetime involvement in the local community has greatly assisted Rachel in gaining an in-depth awareness of the local market and her clients’ needs.
When not at work, you are likely to find Rachel indulging in some heavy retail therapy, spending time with family, her two young nephews, friends or walking her beloved dogs Millie and Coco.
