Hodges Real Estate has been shortlisted for the Women in Real Estate Awards 2019.

Hodges has been named a finalist for 2019 in ‘Diversity Boutique Network of The Year’

The Women in Real Estate Awards, the first national awards program to recognise the contribution of women in real estate, is dedicated to recognising excellence among the industry’s top female professionals and companies that promote gender diversity and a commitment to the progression of women. The finalist list, which was announced on Thursday, 9^th May, features high-achieving real estate professionals across 27 categories. REB editor Tim Neary said that the REB Women in Real Estate Awards are designed to show REB’s support for the women in Australian real estate.

“It is a necessary new initiative to celebrate and recognise the female leaders, role models and future champions of the industry and to join the campaign for a more gender-balanced world,” Mr Neary said.

“The awards provide a platform for women in the industry to showcase their talents. It is a great way to recognise the industry’s high-performance female agents, property managers, BDMs and businesses.”

“Hodges Real Estate’s recognition for its excellent contribution to diversity in the industry reinforces the strength of the brand in connecting with the community and engaging with its customers.”

Hodges will remain committed in pioneering the way for gender equality within the Real Estate industry over the coming years and increasing the number of women in leadership positions.

We aim to continue our mentoring and training to female’s in all roles of our business, this includes property management training, leadership training, auctioneer training, sales training, and financial and business assistance and support.

We will continue to lobby and advocate for the woman empowerment groups and networking events we are associated with, and will continue to encourage our network to attend, engage and share their leadership knowledge within these events and groups. This includes but not limited to ‘Women In Property’ and ‘Women In Franchising’.

Hodges Real Estate was humbled by the nomination. The winners will be announced at a five-star gala dinner on 27^th June at the Four Seasons Hotel Sydney.
