Following the recent break, many new campaigns kicked off for Hodges; benefiting from a clear run through May absent of any public or school holidays.

The weekend just gone saw Hodges in The Age for the sale of 4/171 Bluff Road in Black Rock to a mother who was buying on behalf of her first-home buying son who was playing football at the time. Following a successful Hodges marketing campaign and some fierce bidding, the property which was initially listed at $425-$465K, sold to a devoted mother at $520K.

Hodges 50 Were St Brighton also featured today  in Andrew Wilson from the Age’s commentary as a notable unit sale of the weekend.

The word around the water cooler at Hodges is that this coming weekend is tipped to drive more impressive auction results for Hodges vendors across Victoria.
