Brutal isn’t a word you would normally hear to describe a home, however, it is how Andre Piotrowski’s  architectural style is defined. His design involves the use of exposed concrete and materials such as brick and glass.

See the innovative design of Piotrowski’s featured here. The brutalist design includes the widespread use of concrete on exterior surfaces and the vast expanses of glass that enable natural light to stream in.

Michael Cooney, director at Hodges Beaumaris says, “the effect blurs the boundaries between indoor and outdoor living. If you’re standing outside, it’s as though you’re inside, and vice versa. The visual impact is immense.”

The home has a lot to offer with soaring ceilings, living areas at opposite ends of the house, a grand open fireplace, a large main bedroom with en-suite and a built in wardrobe on the ground floor with three more bedrooms, a study, family bathroom and an open retreat area on the second floor.

The property also has a resort-style inground pool and beautifully landscaped gardens.
