We are pleased that open-for-inspections have now resumed and auction limits have increased, but the health and safety of our staff and vendors remains our number one priority. As such, we have established our Conditions of Entry that we request you adhere to when visiting a Hodges property. These are subject to updates as the Covid-19 situation evolves.
Inspections & Auctions – Conditions of Entry
When you arrive at the inspection or auction, you must provide the following information in line with government requirements: your full name, phone number and email address.
Attendees will be limited in accordance with government regulations and density requirements, which is currently one person per two square metres for outdoors, and one person per four square metres for indoors. Your Hodges representative will advise if it is safe to enter the premises.
You must not attend the inspection or auction if you are symptomatic, awaiting test results, self-isolating or under quarantine.
If you arrive early, we recommend you remain in your car until the inspection or auction commences to avoid gathering in unnecessary groups.
As per the recent government update (From Monday 18 January 2021) face masks will no longer be mandatory in all indoor settings. However, it is strongly recommended you wear one whenever you cannot keep 1.5 metres distance from others. Inspections and auctions are considered public spaces for these purposes.
If you have the COVIDSafe App, please ensure it is active.
Please use the hand sanitizer provided prior to entering the property, and when leaving.
Avoid handshakes with your Hodges representative and use non-contact greeting methods.
We may take your temperature.
Please remember to always maintain a 1.5-metre distance from other people.
Do not touch anything at the property unnecessarily.
Try to avoid lengthy conversations around the property. Your Hodges representative will be more than happy to engage in phone discussions and answer any questions you have following the inspection.
If you experience any flu-like symptoms, please advise your Hodges representative, and ensure you are tested for COVID-19 as soon as possible.
If you do not adhere to our Conditions of Entry, we do reserve the right to refuse entry to the property or auction.
Thank you for your cooperation.
