Who is Campbell Cooney? Looking back, it now seems only natural that Campbell would one day end up the proud owner and director of the Hodges Group of offices. Being born and raised in bayside and schooled at Sacred Heart and Brighton Grammar, Campbell has a long affiliation with Melbourne’s South Eastern bayside suburbs. Campbell holds a Bachelor of Business and a Certificate of Business (real estate); both of which helped him launch an impressive career in residential and commercial real estate. Commencing his real estate career in 1983, Campbell has accrued over 30 years’ experience as a fully licensed agent. He has proven himself to be an extremely skilled negotiator and a dynamic Auctioneer; possessing a fierce reputation for demanding the same standards of success from his team, as he demands from himself. Campbell’s natural energy, enthusiasm and sense of humour make him a stand out performer at auction time. As a company principal, Campbell is a great believer in a hands-on-approach and focuses a great deal of energy on ensuring his clients benefit from a personalised service that is transparent and holistic. When not professionally representing his broad client base, Campbell is a loyal friend and dedicated family man who relishes in the support of his wife, Louise, and their five children, Sam, Pat, Matt, Tim and Claire. Always a competitive sportsman, Campbell enjoyed a brief but fulfilling football career at Melbourne (AFL) and Prahran (VFA). Campbell is still very active and regularly involves himself in local sporting and charity events. Aside from his professional expertise, Campbell takes great pride in always prioritising his clients’ interests.
