As reported by The Herald Sun on Saturday, a Bentleigh family is planning to make the most of Melbourne’s new zoning rules by listing their home with Hodges in the hope to sell at a premium. The new rules dictate where new development can and can’t occur which many believe will change our city’s urban landscape and potentially our property prices.

Hodges Frank Ruffo told the Herald Sun that the family’s above average 734sq m block could appeal to a developer as it provides the space needed to build a large basement car park whilst also giving them the scope to develop a bigger site.
