Russ Enticott After holding a number of executive roles in the media production industry and sales, Russ, a long-time Brighton resident, decided on a change of career direction to real estate.

"I've never regretted the move because real estate is all about people contact and helping them fulfill their individual lifestyle aspirations whether they are sellers or buyers."

With his friendly personality and ready laugh, Russ puts both sellers and purchasers at ease. "Selling or buying a home can be a testing time and, although it's a serious business, I find people prefer to deal with someone they can relate to easily."

Russ has lived in the bayside area for most of his life and has two sons at Brighton Primary School. A keen sailor, he has been a member of the Sandringham Yacht Club for more than 10 years and is associated with Brighton Lifesaving Club's Nippers program and junior football.
