James possesses exceptional people and networking skills. Armed with his Diploma in Business Marketing, his meticulous attention to detail and genuine rapport with clients he has won many repeat referrals to Hodges Mentone.

“I aim to make the journey of selling a house as smooth and efficient as possible. I want to make it a good experience for clients, taking all the worry off their shoulders,” he says.

Born and educated in Hampton and Brighton, James’ wide network of friends and associates enables him to tap into a broad pool of potential buyers, sellers and investors. He is a keen property investor himself and has excellent local knowledge.

James’ previous experience in hospitality management and working with Colliers International consolidated his view that customer service is paramount.

“You must treat each client as an individual to ensure their needs are being met. I really enjoy delivering the service that exceeds people’s expectations,” he says.

In his spare time, you will find James perfecting his drive at one of the many glorious golf courses that grace the area.
