Earlier this month our CEO, Carmel Baker, spoke with Jay Garcia of Residential Property Manager (RPM) to discuss the new training regime for uniting sales and property management.

In an effort to grow the Hodges family, Carmel tells Jay that she has “created an academy to bridge the divide.”

“These businesses need to run as one complete unit and not as two separate divisions,”

Carmel says. To do this we are starting a training regime called Hodges Academy which will benefit staff in sales, sales support, property management and administration.
