On Wednesday night the Hodges team put down their hammers to celebrate the company’s annual awards night which recognises the business acumen of its offices, its top performing property professionals and Hodges’ achievements over the past financial year.

Caulfield took out ‘Property Management Office of the Year Award’ for over 500 properties whilst also securing ‘Property Management Employee of the Year’ in Daniel Henderson. Caulfield’s Lisa Buckley was awarded ‘Above and Beyond’; recognising her outstanding levels of commitment to her role at Hodges.

Bentleigh took out some impressive accolades including ‘Most Improved Sales Office Of The Year Award’. Bentleigh’s Tom Tang won both ‘Sales Rookie Of The Year’ and ‘Top Seller Of The Year’ Award, whilst Karla Cameron was recognised for her outstanding commitment to her role, and Kirsten Lee her excellence in customer service.

Both the prestigious ‘Overall Franchise of the Year Award’ and the ‘Property Management Office of the Year Award’ (under 500 Properties) went to Geelong. Whilst Beaumaris’ Craig Cox won the coveted ‘Top Lister of the Year Award’.

Both Hodges Beaumaris and Hodges Mentone won ‘Community Service Awards’ – Mentone for its work with the Louis Looking Forward Foundation and Beaumaris for its contribution to Connor’s Run. Beaumaris’ Errol Driver also won an award for his outstanding contributions to the community.

Mentone’s Vanessa Downey, St Kilda’s Madeleine Palankay and Caulfield’s Jaye Fidgeon received customer service and administration high achiever recognition for displaying outstanding levels of customer service and a commitment to the highest levels of administration support.

Victoria Whitmee was given the ‘High Achiever Award for 2014’, whilst Jennifer Moyle from St Kilda and Romana Preston from Brighton were awarded ‘Above and Beyond’ recognition for their outstanding commitment to their roles.
