Beaumaris is an interesting bayside suburb which incorporates links with Melbourne's history, famous sporting facilities and offering relaxed family living.

Subdivided from a proposed Dunlop Industrial estate at the end of the 1950's, the bulk of homes were built as contemporary styled early 1960's designs, typified by low pitched roof lines.
