Alana Spruce Hodges is delighted to secure the services of Alana Spruce, a well-known and respected professional in the field of Property Management. Alana has a decade of experience in real estate. A consummate professional, her organisational skills were recognised with the prestigious 2008 Young Achiever Melbourne Business Award.

The award came after she helped set up a real estate property management division. “I really enjoy improving systems and getting things done efficiently,” she smiles. Alana is inspired by her father, a local Mentone business man. “He’s incredibly organised, a real perfectionist. He believes in doing things right the first time,” she says.

She has a clear vision of what makes an ideal property manager. “I always give clients an honest appraisal. When property is properly priced, you maximise occupancy rates. That creates great results for the landlord and tenant,” she says.

Raised in Mentone, Alana possesses excellent local knowledge. A local resident, Alana enjoys spending time at the beach with partner Chris and her beloved west highland terriers, Mac and Milly.
